Warranty and Return Policy:
Trek Rover practices an environmental and eco-friendly model to reduce waste and carbon emissions by not stocking inventory. We partner with our suppliers to create our products Made-to-Order when customers place an order.
As a result, producing and shipping products takes longer than what you might be familiar with other retailers, however we believe this has a better impact on our environment.
Warranty Policy:
If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error; in such cases, Trek Rover will offer a free reprint or a refund if reported within 30 days of delivery with photo proof of the issue.
Return Policy:
Per our environmental-friendly practices, we do not stock inventory. As a result, we do not accept Returns and Exchanges. However, your satisfaction is important to us! If you are absolutely unhappy with the product, we will offer you store credit. Store credit must be used with in 30 days of issue.
Reporting issues:
To claim a reprint or refund, contact Trek Rover customer support within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
