When an order is placed with Trek Rover, Trek Rover partners with different suppliers to fulfill orders. From order submission to delivery date could range from 1 to 2 weeks for production and shipment fulfillment.

No responsibility for shipping delays caused by external factors. 

Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be cancelled before production begins, but may incur a fee depending on the stage of processing.

Warranty Policy:

Trek Rover utilizes a print-on-demand and drop-shipping platform, meaning products are made only once an order is placed, and returns or exchanges are generally not supported unless the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error; in such cases, Trek Rover will offer a free reprint or a refund if reported within 30 days of delivery with photo proof of the issue.

No returns for change of mind:

Customers cannot return products simply because they changed their mind about the size, color, or design. 

Damaged or defective products:

If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, Trek Rover will provide a free reprint or refund if reported within 30 days with photo evidence. 

Product Quality:

Slight variations in color or print placement may occur due to the print-on-demand process. Trek Rover works with its suppliers to ensure a standard of quality.

To claim a reprint or refund, contact Trek Rover customer support within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
